Refund and Return Policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging, complete with any accessories, labels and documentation.
  • The return must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Return procedure:

  1. Contact our Customer Service at maurovolponi@maurovolponi.it specifying the order number and the reason for return.
  2. Follow the instructions provided by our team to complete the procedure.
  3. Once we have received and verified the product, we will proceed with the refund according to the payment method used during the purchase.

Note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

The exchange of a product is only permitted in the event of a damaged or defective product at the time of delivery.

Exchange procedure:

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product, enclosing photos of the damage or defect found.
  2. Our team will provide you with return and exchange instructions.
  3. You will receive a replacement product at no additional cost, subject to verification of the returned item.

Important:
We do not accept exchanges for errors in size, colour or personal preferences. In these cases, we invite you to proceed with a return and place a new order.

Exclusions

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to improper use.
    Items without labels or original packaging.
    Returns requested after the indicated deadline.

The shipping costs for returning the item shall be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive the replaced product may vary.
We do not guarantee to receive the returned item.
