SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are processed within two working days after payment and dispatched from our premises.
Currently, we only ship to addresses in Italy.

Mauro Volponi offers free shipping on orders over €90
For smaller orders, the cost and shipping times vary depending on the option chosen:

STANDARD (4-5 working days)
ALL REGIONS: 5€
ISLANDS: 7€

EXPRESS (2-3 working days)
ALL REGIONS: 7€
ISLANDS: 10€

Uncollected parcels:
If the recipient is unable to collect the parcel as agreed, the original shipping cost will be charged, and this will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we do not guarantee changes for orders already in shipping.
