General Sales Conditions

Mauro Volponi is committed to guaranteeing the quality of its products and to providing transparent and reliable customer service. Below are the general guarantees applied to all purchases.

1. Quality Guarantee

All Mauro Volponi products are made with selected materials and follow strict quality controls to guarantee comfort and durability. If you find a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase to activate the guarantee.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of the delivery of their order, in accordance with current legislation on distance sales. To exercise the right of withdrawal, items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. 3. Refunds and Exchanges

Mauro Voloni guarantees a full refund for all returns that comply with the stated return requirements. In case of defective items or items sent in error, you can request a refund. The refund will be credited within 14 days after the return has been processed.
